That’s right. Youon a diet. We’re all busy! Don’t you just hate when that happens? But I have to say, I’m all “get off my fat ass” and “get on the diet” because I get to eat when I want and am not hungry! That’s right, I get to eat what I want and I can do it at home.

I know what you mean. If you know you’re going to eat junk food that makes you fat and you want to avoid it, then you could do things like go on a diet. However, you could also just use the menu that comes with your phone or tablet to eat when you’re trying to get a good night’s sleep. There’s nothing to be gained. On the other hand, you could also use a recipe to make up a healthier food-based eating plan.

There are plenty of recipes available for healthy eating, but you have to be careful not to use too many ingredients from the same food that you’re trying to lose weight. If you don’t get all your nutrients from the foods that you eat, then youll gain weight. If you think that your diet is so damn good, then you’ll probably be fine. When you eat a ton of something, you get a bit of everything. But in all honesty, it’s the thought of a caloric surplus that makes you fat.

I think this is true for most of us. We are in the habit of eating more than we actually need to, or we eat a bit of everything we need to. We think that this is the whole point of a caloric surplus, and it is. It’s the thought of having a nice fat cushion on which to rest your body that makes us fat.

I really don’t know.

So what would happen if we were to eat a massive amount of food and gain weight? Well first, we’d probably be tired of all that extra food. Not as tired as a fat person, but definitely tired. And second, we might develop an obesity problem. I know I would. And then we would probably be in the same boat as the rest of the world.

In order to combat obesity, we would need to develop some new methods of storing fat. One of the best ways to do that, is a caloric surplus. And the most obvious way to get a caloric surplus is to eat a lot of food. When you eat a lot of food, you gain the energy to burn off the extra calories, so you burn off fewer calories. While still being hungry, and thus consuming more food, you then put on a little bit extra fat.

Although we can’t all be on a calorie surplus diet, we can certainly get extra fat. For one thing, it would be nice if we could put our extra fat on muscle. And another thing is that fat is actually a really good source of energy. It’s a great fat-burning agent. In fact, you can burn almost twice as much energy burning fat as you can burning carbs.
