You have to out exercise a bad diet before you can out exercise anything else.
This is a lesson I learned early on when I was trying to lose weight. I made a conscious effort to eat my meals at a slower pace because I knew that to gain weight, I would have to eat more and it would take longer to burn off. I was getting fatter and fatter. I was losing weight as fast as I could. But I was so unhappy and so hungry that I had to force myself to eat before I became too fattened up.
Now, this is in no way to suggest that you should starve yourself or go on a strict diet to get slim. In fact, that’s not what this blog post is about. This is about the fact that sometimes it’s important to exercise a little bit before you can exercise. To put it simply, you need to be able to outexercise any food that you want to have. If you can’t outexercise a diet, what do you do? You eat more of it.
If you are going to exercise, you will need to be able to exercise. If you are not, you have to be able to exercise. When you are exercising, your body will use the oxygen in the blood to produce energy. It is also the body’s way of releasing waste products like lactic acid and metabolic waste.
