For those of us who’ve never made it past the first year of school, let’s say that summer is a time to embrace a healthy lifestyle and eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and protein for the remainder of your school year.

You can be a little bit more adventurous with your diet. It’s not necessarily the least bit fun, it’s just that you can get a little bit more creative with your diet. For example, the most common diet on the planet is to just stick to fruit, vegetables, or whole grains. And if you don’t have a full or small portion of any kind of fruit, vegetables, or whole grains, you don’t have to eat any extra.
If you want to eat fruit, you can cut down on the amount of fruit you eat. Also, you should know that the fruit you get from the supermarket is far from the most nutrient dense fruit. It has a lot of pesticide and chemical ingredients.

I dont know where I would be without my food. I dont care about anything except my food. I can go weeks without eating anything, and that is such a huge time suck. I am a huge fan of protein and carbs. I know I need to eat right. I love protein, and if I have to sacrifice that, so be it.
