I think that’s pretty high. The reason is simple. It’s part of the reason that we eat so much sugar, calories, and fat. It’s also part of the reason that we consume too much caffeine. So we’re supposed to eat a little bit of that.
The only reason that Calories is the part of the equation that makes this diet all the more appealing is because we’re addicted to sweets and we want to eat more. That’s why we eat a ton of carbs, and not too much of it.
My own rule of thumb is that if you can’t get away with eating less than 50% of your calorie needs on a daily basis then you don’t need any more sugar or fat. The same goes for caffeine. It is, however, one of the easiest things in the world to get addicted to. The idea that you can do it so easily is what makes it so addictive that it is impossible to stop using.

So what are people supposed to do when they’re drinking a lot of sugar? You’re supposed to eat the sugar to get the sugar spike, right? Well, if you’re eating it like you’re eating regular food, you’re not going to get that sugar spike.
This is actually a case of how the media talks about food, because the media we consume all the time is much more accurate than the media of today. But the media of today is also more biased due to the fact that a lot of people are not in control of what they eat and what they drink. When you stop looking at the media that you are consuming, you can be more informed and more educated about what is actually best for you and your health.
The thing that gets me is that most of the time you are eating a little too much, so for some reason it’s the first time you’re eating too much.
