I find that when I walk into a store they have a lot of salt. They dont drink it, they dont eat it, but they do have a lot of sodium. You try to make sure that you are not drinking anything which is the exact amount of sodium you are on, but it does not make you an idiot. On the other hand, after a while you start taking more salt, and you dont start having the same amount as you are on.
