I don’t know about you, but I am pretty excited about my new gym membership. I just got my membership on Wednesday and I feel so good about it! I am so excited about this new commitment to fitness and I am enjoying it so much. I am so excited to be able to get the gym so close to me, to be able to see it from the inside and to be able to run outside and to enjoy the fresh air.
I’m not sure if I am more excited about the gym, or about the fitness classes, or about the classes in general. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence that I love to run, I love to lift weights, I love to play tennis and baseball, I love to fish, to swim with my children, I love to swim in a pool, and I love to do yoga.
I’m not sure whether you think I’m more obsessed with the gym or whether I’m more obsessed with the clothes I wear or the things I wear. Because when I look at the first poster I see it this way, it has to be one of my favorite things on my life. I love to wear clothes with a name tag. That way it’s easy to walk around the house and to look at the clothes I’m wearing.

Hyman’s dieting is very simple. You have one main meal a day and you try to eat lots of vegetables, fruit, and whole grains. He’s also eating a very simple way of life.
This is a good point. When you’re first starting out with dieting, it’s really easy to forget there’s a lot more to it than just eating. When you’re on a diet for a month, it can be easy to forget there’s anything in the middle. I’m not so sure that hyman’s diet is that simple though.
