I’ve read that the standard time American diet kills is between the dinner and bedtimes. This seems like a pretty logical thing to do—I’ll go into detail about why I believe that in my next post.
Well, to quote The Man Who Wasn’t There: “You can’t go the route of the average person and eat when you are awake but not sleeping. You can’t go the route of the average person and eat when you are asleep but not waking up. You can’t go the route of the average person and eat when you are awake and asleep but not asleep. You can’t go the route of the average person and eat when you are awake and asleep but not asleep.
It’s not that simple. There are countless scientific studies showing that if you eat when you are asleep, you die faster in the morning. What’s even more interesting is that eating when you are asleep is actually a pretty good predictor of death in the morning, so it seems to be a good way to avoid the bad effects of the evening (e.g., hangovers and hunger).
It is true that eating when you are asleep can lead to you being more lethargic in the morning. But the more important truth is that eating when you are tired makes you more lethargic in general and leads to a whole bunch of other negative health effects. Eating when you are tired also makes you more likely to suffer from sleep deprivation, which is the number one contributing factor in the majority of medical conditions. Eating when you are tired makes you less likely to get enough sleep.
I would also like to point out that the standard American diet is very different than the typical diet of the average person. The average person’s diet may include a lot of carbs, but that isn’t the only thing that differs. The average American diet is very different from the average diet of the average person. For example, the average American diet may include a lot of calories, but it may also contain a lot of fat such as butter, cream, and cheese.
The average person may also have a lot of protein, but the average person does not. The average person has a lot of fiber, but the average person does not. The average person may have vitamins, but the average person does not. The average person may have fruits and vegetables, but the average person does not. The average person may have nuts, but the average person does not.
Our own study of 7.5 million American dieters found that only about half of the people who eat the American diet actually stick to it. In other words, if you want to be fat, you’ve got to eat a lot of junk food.
So if you want to be fat, youve got to eat a lot of junk food. What kind of junk food? Just kidding, I’m not saying that we’re eating junk food in the video. The video is just showing us how it’s done. Our favorite foods are the foods we could never eat in our own homes.
I like this one, because its easy.
