My favorite healthy summer snack is the classic skinny dipping sandwich. This is a perfect appetizer, snack, and light meal to enjoy outside during warm weather.

The recipe for Slim Elite Diet is very simple, so it’s basically a sandwich made with your favorite ingredients (such as tuna & white bread) and a small salad. You’ll be eating at least three times a day, so your main meal is almost always the same. I’m not sure how everyone is supposed to be served with the sandwich, so I’ll go with the sandwich if I’m on the fence about it.

The Slim Elite Diet is not for everyone. You need to be a pretty skinny person, so you won’t be able to get a lot of the sandwiches. That being said, if you are going to try this, try to get a sandwich that you can’t have the rest of your day without. That way, you can have two good lunches. And, if you eat a lot of the sandwich, you’ll probably end up eating it all.
