Well, actually, I’m not sure I’ve ever been a huge fan of the diet, but whatever. These are my findings.
As you might imagine, people who follow the diet tend to drop weight. And weight. And weight. That’s good news for someone like me, who has stubbornly stuck to this diet for the past five years. I’m not alone. A study found that people who followed this diet lose more weight than those who don’t. What makes this so remarkable is that dieters tend to lose a similar amount of weight to those who are on normal diets.
So what is the diet doing to the body? Its not a magic bullet, but it makes you feel better. Because after a while you just feel like you’ve gained weight, which is always a good thing. And you cant wait to get down to your normal (or even better, low) weight. There is probably a lot more to this diet than meets the eye. There is an underlying philosophy that seems to be running through dieters that is just plain awesome.
It sounds as if we’re trying to make the world better. Because in a few years you can expect to see more and more people trying to eat up as much weight as you will. We know now that, in a few years, we’ll see more and more people trying to eat more and more, and you’ll get better results.
The thing is that a lot of the folks that are trying to lose weight, even though they are not doing it for the health, they are trying to do it for the appearance. They are trying to look good to their friends or maybe even make friends of people they don’t really know.

The thing about Shangri La Diet is that it’s not a big deal. It’s the most popular diet that we’ve ever seen. The biggest problem is that it’s hard to get enough protein and fat to support the body’s energy levels. It’s possible that the diet will have to get more proteins and fat, though we don’t know if protein is your main food source.
