The 3 day cleanse was recently added to a menu that I’ve been making for the past several months. I’m no longer going to the gym for 30 minutes to sweat off a few pounds and then go home and binge eat, but I will still make the 3 day cleanse.

I dont need to go every day, but I dont like the idea of having to do it in two days. It feels like I need to be at a certain weight for the workout to work. I feel like a fat person who only does cardio.

If youre having a hard time losing weight or feeling full after your workout, it might be the best time for you to look at your diet and get your body to reset.
