The biggest change is to make it a little more flexible than we’ve always been. I started with a few ingredients that I would like to incorporate into my diet plan, such as rice, beans, and meat.
As I mentioned, I want to restrict the amount of meat I eat, and so I will limit the amount of rice I consume. So if you’re going to have to change your diet every week because of a few chronic health issues, then I would suggest a healthy and varied diet. That way, you can just keep your carbs, fat, and fiber, and your carbs and fat intake will be what determines your overall health.
