I am proud to say that my pioppi diet is something I have followed for over a decade. I love what I do and I love the results. I am also proud to say that I have been able to keep my weight up while eating my way through the food pyramid, which is a feat that I didn’t accomplish easily before.

If you don’t eat, you’re not eating, you’re not eating. The point is that if you want to, you might as well just eat what you want, eat what you want, eat what you want, and eat what you want and just watch the rest of the game, all the while being the one that is actually going to win your entire life. Because there is no better place to be than in the game.
