I dont know if you mean salad or lettuce, but lettuce is the most important thing in the salad to be able to eat without tomatoes.
While tomatoes are a great taste and can be enjoyed on their own, they shouldn’t be the most important part of the salad. The lettuce is more important. If youre asking me, you should have lettuce with cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers too.
As you can probably tell, I was a big fan of the original hcg diet. I only made it once because it was such a hassle to get it right. But I really do recommend this version because it really makes the diet work. And it really is a lot easier to eat the diet. The hcg diet has your body converting the fat you put into it into energy.
