This pear shaped body diet plan is by far one of my favorite diets I’ve found. I usually take a few days off of this plan per month. This week, I decided to push it even further by adding a few extra pounds. This week, I added another 2 pounds. I feel like this plan is working well for me, and I’m more confident that I’m not going to gain a ton of weight in the next two months.
I think this plan has helped me to change my eating habits a bit. I usually eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner and then I have a snack in the evening. Now I have a snack every night before and after dinner. This has definitely helped me to feel fuller and have more energy throughout the day.
As I said before, I have been taking a little time off work so I can focus more on my food. I’m not sure if I should even take these two small steps toward getting my weight over. If I take them to the doctor then I’m pretty well done. I’m also not a big fan of having things done in advance to prepare for the next stage of the journey. I’d hate to see if I can get up to my full weight.
I can’t really recommend just going off the rails on your diet plan. It’s going to be hard to maintain your new body weight as you lose the weight you’re used to. Also, you will definitely be eating more sugar now, especially if you take the food down to a very high carb eating level. There’s no way you can go back to your old eating habits during your weight loss and make this work.
