Some people are not as healthy as they are in this diet. They have a very bad appetite control system. People who are obese have a tendency to think that eating junk food causes them to crave sugar and processed carbs, so we want them to get to the bottom of their own problem. We don’t want to be like them. We want them to eat junk food. This is why we want to be so careful with what we eat.

Thats right. We want you to have a good appetite control system. People who are healthy do not crave sugar. They don’t crave anything at all. Thats why we love junk food.
