The term oligoantigenic diet has been around for a while now, and is a name that is used to describe a certain dietary pattern. This diet is a way to improve longevity by improving our immune system.

Although the term has been in use for a while, oligoantigenic diets were actually only discovered in the last few years. They work by lowering our resistance to viruses such as HIV and herpes. But if you do have an autoimmune disease, then the oligoantigenic diet is the last resort. I would suggest you speak with your doctor before trying this for any serious conditions.

As it turns out, the oligoantigenic diet is a diet that has been used by many people fighting against autoimmune diseases and they can really benefit from it. What it does is prevent the body from recognizing and attacking certain proteins that the body does not want to go after.
