So, no bread, pasta, rice, or potatoes. This is a diet for people who enjoy the good life, and who want more than just bread. Youll need to stay out of the kitchen while its alive, but weve developed a cooking system that will help you keep your diet. It has a couple of different phases for you to work within. The first will last 24 hours of your life, and will be your only diet.

Your first 24 hours. This will be your all-important “baseline,” where youll maintain your “baseline” on your diet and will only go back to normal if youve actually lost some weight. This is a good time to work on your diet and to find that sweet spot where youcan maintain your diet through the day without going crazy.

The second phase, which is longer and more complicated, is when you plan your day and then work on a specific diet. The reason for this is to help you work through all of the choices you have without having to overthink it. The diet will vary for you based on your age, weight, health, and current caloric need. For example, if youre overweight, youll want to focus on consuming fewer calories.

As another example, if your health is good and you have a good caloric need, you could focus on eating carbs. If youre overweight, you can choose to eat rice and pasta. If you need to lose weight, you can focus on cutting carbs.

The diet will also be tailored to your physical capabilities and mental state. You can easily lose weight without depriving yourself of anything. If you are still worried about your weight, you can take this diet in increments. I can’t remember the last time I drank so much coffee. And I don’t really care to, my wife has made me promise to stop drinking so much wine. That would be the same as drinking a lot of beer.

Many people think that restricting carbs is the best way to go and that cutting calories and losing weight is bad. I think that’s wrong.
