I have been following the MyProana Diet for over a year now. The reason is because I feel that it is the most realistic and most effective way to achieve weight loss and health. It’s an extremely low carb, high protein, low fat, fat free diet. I think the reason why I’m not at a weight that I used to be is because the program helps me become aware of what I eat and the amount of calories I consume.

The MyProana Diet isn’t really a diet. It’s a diet where I eat six protein meals a day, and eight calories a day. This means that I keep my carbs and protein at home in order to prevent my weight from getting too too low and too high.
