And then there are people who are just trying to reduce their cholesterol and are not interested in any of that.
My weight loss experience was not a low carb diet. The average person needs to eat about 150 grams of carbs per day to lose weight. Ive never had an issue with the carbs in my diet, ever. Just a bit of a problem with the fat.
So, I like to think its that I have a really strict low carb diet (no carbs). But really I mean a very low-fat diet. You don’t need to count calories, or count grams of fat per day, or even count calories taken in per day. You just need to count grams of fat per day. And you need to do it without counting sugars. Don’t count carbs, don’t count sugars.
We do a lot of things, but I don’t feel like I have a problem with fat. Actually, we have a lot of fat, as it turns out. But as I said, I like to think its that I have a really strict low carb diet. Actually, I think about it about 15-20 times a day. And I think about it as such.

I eat a lot of fat. I would never call myself a carb-hater. I eat so much fat that the last time I had a salad, I ate two eggs and bacon.
