I know that I’ve only recently started to eat my way through my day, and I have to admit that I only eat about half of my recommended daily allowance of grains and sugar. But I have to admit that I’m still trying to change that, since the first day I even looked at the food label, I did not understand what I was eating.
The problem is that a lot of people believe that it is okay to eat the most processed food, and that it is just a matter of time before we all become vegan. I think that this is the reason why so many people continue to eat a high carb diet.

But, like the rest of the world, we eat everything which we can find in the world that we just can’t find in the realm of food.
