It also helps to prevent the heart attacks that are common during the aging process. If I were to lose 10 pounds a week, that would make me only have to eat 3 meals a day instead of eating 7.
I think I read somewhere that lymphedema is dangerous to your skin. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you that lymphedema occurs in certain people, but I also think that I don’t need to tell you that you shouldn’t try to lose weight with a diet that may cause you to get lymphedema.
While lymphedema can be a problem that some people may be able to handle, most people just have to take care of it themselves. If you do nothing, you can get lymphedema, but most people with it have no symptoms at all and don’t even know it exists. I think that people who are just getting lymphedema are the ones that should be encouraged to eat less or stop working out.
