This link was shared on my Facebook page over three days ago, and I was intrigued enough to take the plunge and take the leap of faith with my own body to follow this diet. I’m glad I did. It has made so much difference in my life.
This diet has changed my life, in so many ways. I lost 50 pounds in six months! I’m not the same person I was before I started the diet. I’m more active, I’m no longer hungry as much, no longer gain a lot of weight (that’s a big plus) and I eat a lot less meat. This diet has also changed my physical appearance and how I feel about myself.
I’m not an expert on dieting myself, but I do know that this diet has helped me lose weight. I’m a healthy weight now, but I was still pretty heavy and now I have a healthier body than I did when I was a teenager. I am also much more confident in myself and my abilities.
This diet has made me a lot more self-aware. I am much more aware of my food intake and how I feel physically. I know that I need to eat less meat. I know that I need to eat more vegetables. I know that I need to cut way back on carbs. But most importantly, I know that I am much healthier, happier, and more balanced now. I feel more confident in myself and more balanced. And I know that I am on the right track.
I know it sounds weird, but this diet is the best thing that I’ve ever done. I don’t know that I could have done this on my own. I don’t know that anyone could have done this for me. But with this diet I feel more calm and more in control. Not to mention that I’m actually doing better on the health front. I feel great and actually feel like my body is in control.
