I like the idea of cutting out certain foods from one’s diet to make you feel more alert and get more work done, but I think the problem is that most of these recipes are over the top and are supposed to be fun and easy. I would much rather have a simple dinner, such as some pasta or an egg omelet, then have to cook a whole meal.
It’s hard to find recipes for all the recipes that you just don’t like to eat to have them be followed by a snack. I would definitely try to avoid that, but it would not go over the top.
Yes, I used to eat a lot of processed foods, but I never ate so much as a bowl of processed cheese. Now that I have a bit of weight to lose, it is much easier to watch what I eat.
The reason why you don’t like to eat food is that you can’t easily find a recipe for every meal you eat. That’s why I use a whole meal recipe to make sure I keep track of all the recipes you make and keep track of the recipes that I take. For example, I make a basic spaghetti sauce, then add ingredients that I think may be new but I’m not sure.
This is a very good idea. I have been toying around with making a meal plan for myself. I have my list of ingredients in the fridge, and I only get to use that when I need to. To be honest, I have a much longer list because every night I try to make something different. In the morning, I go through my list, and if I have an ingredient that I dont remember to cook, I make that.
