When I was in my early teens, I had a tendency to eat some of the same foods I have used for years without success. The fact that I can’t remember exactly what foods I had done that day is a nice bonus. However, I think I am missing out on some of the things that make us eat more junk food.

Fasting can be a great thing because it helps us re-set our brain’s default eating patterns. When we eat, we process our food very quickly, so we have to eat very little to make up for the lack of processing. This is not good for our weight or appearance.
