And I can tell you the symptoms of a vitamin B deficiency. I had a friend who had been a heavy smoker who finally stopped smoking after a couple of years. So when I asked him what he was doing for a snack he had no idea, so I told him to just go to the grocery store and get some B vitamins. He did and within a few days he was back to his old habits.
And if you’re going to be a heavy smoker you might want to rethink that. For those of you who are willing to quit smoking, you might want to consider vitamins. In the same way that heavy smokers don’t need vitamin A to stop smoking, heavy smokers don’t need vitamin B to quit smoking. It actually helps to boost your energy and keep you from getting sick.
The good news is that you can use vitamins to get your nicotine needs satisfied. The bad news is that it’s not a sustainable solution. For one, people don’t really like the taste of vitamins. And besides, there’s no proof that you actually need them.
This is the first time I’ve read about the importance of vitamins. I’m not sure if there are any in the world, but it’s certainly what I’ve read so far.
