I think the idea of a manic episode is to make yourself crazy to get yourself out of the cycle of mental illness that is often a hard habit to break. And, if you eat something that really doesn’t add up, that’s crazy! But, if you do get your mind, heart, and spirit into a state of madness, we may be able to move on.

Some people believe that if you actually eat a lot of food, you will quickly get out of this life with a new lease on life. And yes, I believe I am one of those people who actually believes this. But, I also know that its not true and its not a good idea to try to force this onto someone else.

A lot of the best diets arent that different. If you eat something that really doesnt add up, thats crazy. But, if you do get your mind, heart, and spirit into a state of madness, we may be able to move on.

I’m not sure if you guys have heard of the term “mental illness” but, I know I have. I have been mentally ill for many years. This has resulted in me being on the most restricted diet of my life.

But, I have to admit, I am so glad I didn’t get the chance to get the last 2 or 3 days of this book so I can go on with my life. I think I have got more than I have done with my life so far….

Well, we certainly can’t all be that lucky. The point is that you can’t just get into a mental state of well-being. You have to get the mind-cells involved. In other words, you have to be ready to change your mind. If you’re not ready you’re not mentally well equipped to handle it—and that’s okay. In fact, many people on the insanity diet find that it’s a lot easier to get their minds together when they’re sane.

You have always known that you wanted to change your mind and you have always thought that you wanted to change your mind because you wanted to change that person to be that person you had always wanted to be. That’s a bit of a myth. For most people, the idea that they want to change their mind and become better is quite a stretch. That’s because the whole idea of becoming better or better than they were before they got this disease is a huge stretch.

But many people can come to the conclusion that they want to change their mind because they have a strong desire to be better and improve their lives to be better than they were before they got sick. This can include things like going to the doctor, getting an education, developing a career, and so on. But the desire to change your mind is the common thread, and it can be as simple as wanting to eat healthier or even just wanting to exercise.

I think this is a really good thing, because if you want to be better and improve your lives to be better than you were before you got sick, you should be doing something about it. If you’re sick and you want to be better, you should be doing something about it. You don’t want to be sick because you’re lazy or you’re trying to fix it yourself, you want to be sick because you want to improve.

This is one of the reasons I try to give my clients what I call my “insanity diet.” I give them a list of things they can do to improve their lives, and they do them. I dont think there are any other excuses for not doing them.
