I’m not sure I’ve ever been on a diet. I don’t think I have ever eaten anything that wasn’t a bowl of cereal or a bag of chips, or a cupcake or a pie. I even eat a lot of fruit and veggies because they’re convenient. But I’m not on a diet. I’m on my own personal journey of health and wellness.
