While I am very excited to share these recipes with you, I do not want to give the impression that I am some kind of fertility diet guru. While I have had a few infertility treatments, I am not a geneticist. My diet contains no more than a few servings of certain foods. These recipes are my way of getting me to eat less. I am not advocating that you be a strict vegan.
One of the best things about this post is that I am not an expert on fertility diets. This is because I am not a vegan. I don’t have a lot of experience, and I am not a big fan of the “vegan diet” approach.
