I know what you’re thinking: “I wonder if it is something I’ve read about before.” But the answer is actually: Nope. Fave food is something you don’t get to choose. We don’t get to choose what we eat. If we didn’t have the power to choose our fave food, we wouldn’t have that power. It is a choice.

It is like our energy. We can choose when and where to use our energy. For instance, I chose to eat fave food just after I lost my job in November, because I did not want to be without any money.
