Well for starters, don’t believe everything you read/read in the mainstream. I think we can all agree that most of the diet advice out there is not based on science, not even close. In the last few years, a lot of people have been trying to create fake “health” claims based on a diet. So for the last few months I have been telling myself that I am going to go on a strict diet. Sure I haven’t lost a pound, but I have lost some weight. I have cut out most of the processed foods that most of these diet advice websites recommend, and I have been eating more salads. I would like to hear what you guys think about this.
I think that we’re going to have to take a closer look at this. There are a lot of nutrition advice websites out there, but a lot of them are based on completely different principles. Here’s what I think will probably work best in the long run.
I dont really do much dieting at all. I do try to exercise, but that’s about it. I try to do things that are fun, but I don’t do them for the purpose of dieting. What I do is just try to eat more veggies. I would like to hear what you guys think about this.
I think that you should just go with what works for you. I think that the idea of doing something fun that is actually dieting is a bit off the beaten path. Like if you like watching horror movies it doesnt make sense to do that.
I think if you have an exercise routine that you enjoy, you’ll find it easier to make time for dieting. I’ve lost a lot of weight while working out, and I feel great! I also get a lot of enjoyment out of the mental workout that is doing a diet.
