After seeing the number of people that are on the fast-metabolism diet when trying to lose weight, I have to admit that I was skeptical of it. However, I have been on it for over a year now and I have lost over 100 pounds. The reason why is because it gives you a very high calorie intake and you burn away fat and carbs.
If there was something wrong with your diet I would have been more inclined to give it a whirl. I’ve already seen some other people on diet and this one was particularly interesting. It’s been about half a year since I started on diet and it’s been more than just that.
