The fast metabolism diet phase 1 recipe for the month of may is the one that got me the most exercise in the past month. It was also when I started to really like cooking. I know it shouldn’t be a habit, but I am going to make it a thing, so I’ll share.
The diet is based on a meal plan that is designed to be the same for every day. The plan contains 4 different meals and 4 snacks that you can eat at any time. I think it’s great that this is a plan that is so flexible because it actually works. But if you’re going to make a fast diet one, you should probably also make it really flexible.
The best part is that most of the recipes in this book are written for the same time that they were written for, and so even though the recipes are different, they all work. So, who wants to eat a bunch of pasta? There’s no point in trying to eat a bunch of pasta.
The only problem with this plan is that I am not sure how useful it really is. I mean, I guess you can make the same meal several times a day and not have to worry about eating the exact same thing. But who wants to eat the exact same thing on the exact same day. I don’t know if its useful, but it sure is fun.
The recipes are very simple. I have a recipe for a spaghetti sauce called “Stir-up” for the recipe page (the only recipe that uses the recipe page). I am going to add these recipes to the menu of my website, and I will include the recipes here and that. They are really simple and don’t need to be in the menu. It’s like they are a bunch of spaghetti sauce, but not the sauce I am using. I am not worried about the sauce.
That’s all I have for today, but I am going to post the recipe for my favorite spaghetti sauce tomorrow.

And as a follow-up, I have updated the recipe as follows:1. Boil water and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.2. Whisk in salt and pepper3. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of crushed garlic to the water. This is a good thing because we are going to add lots of garlic to our sauce.4. Add the minced cooked spaghetti.5. Place in a saucepan and simmer.6. Serve over pasta.
