Elizabeth Olsen Diet is a great way to get us focused on the right foods and healthy snacks. She’s a nutrition consultant and we regularly follow her recipes. I can’t vouch for her, but I’m not sure I would have come up with a better recipe for a healthy diet than this.

I think that I can only guess at your body type because you’re so slim, but I would be willing to bet, that if your body was the one that your friends, family, and coworkers saw you as, it would reflect some of those attributes. Although I am sure that your friends, family, and coworkers would be a little less likely to notice the actual physical attributes of your body, especially if you were to have an extreme weight loss.
I think that when you diet, you lose weight because it is just so much easier to gain it back afterwards. The same is true for our bodies. It is easier to gain weight again than it is to lose it again, so as long as youre not dieting to gain weight, you should be fine.
In terms of weight loss, I think most of my body is fat. Most of the time I eat, I eat too much and eat too little. I lose weight with diet. But I do lose weight because I eat too little (fat) to eat enough fat to eat enough fat.
