Dr. Steiner Diet is a great way to get rid of the stress of a diet. When you are trying out the nutrients that are important to your health, you have to be mindful about your diet. So, as you read here, if you have three calories per day, that means that it’s 9,000 calories per day. Or, if you have two, that it’s 16,000. That’s one of those people you can go through if you have a little bit of a dieting habit.
So, if you want to know how much you should be eating, you should look at the calorie count. The calorie count is the total amount of calories that you consume. So if you have two calories per day, that means that its 2,000 calories per day. Or if you have three calories, that its 3,600.
