And by eating a diet, you actually get some of that dopamine that your body uses to feel good.
I’ve read that when you take a dopamine diet, you can literally feel good for a couple hours. I’ve been doing this for the past few weeks and I’ve noticed that I feel good. I could eat, drink, and do anything I want when I feel this way. But it feels like a vacation to take your mind off of things. It also helps you maintain a good mood.
Ive found that taking this dopamine diet also helps me lose weight. If you start eating things that the dopamine diet loves, you can lose a ton of weight in a couple days. It has to be something you love, though. Ive tried it for a few days and it really doesn’t do anything for me.

That’s what keeps you on your diet, keeps you hungry, keeps you excited.
