It is my belief that the main reason for having a soda count is to get rid of the “water-based” diet, the low-carb diet, and the high-fat diet. If you want to figure out how much water you need to drink, you need to have a big tank, where you can drink it up from without causing some of your body’s natural dehydration problems.
This is the main reason that you see folks with large soda tanks, but some people drink small ones. I have a 2-liter tank which I fill up with soda instead of water. I use it for my weight training, but I also use it for cooking. It also has enough liquid to drink as much soda as you want. The main problem is that you have to do this all the time and it’s difficult to control when and how much you drink.

I have two examples of a soda, one is in the form of soda water, and the other is in the form of soda juice (which are the same, but are more about sugar). If you are going to drink the soda water, then you should only drink it in the form of soda juice. If you have a few drinks, then you should drink some. That’s a terrible decision.
The problem is that if you drink a lot of soda, you may not be sure if you’re drinking soda water or soda juice, so you might end up drinking a sugar laden concoction that is far from the water you would drink if you were thirsty. As a result, you may end up consuming a lot of sugar.
The problem is that if you are not careful, you may get sick from excess sugar consumption, which you should avoid at all costs. Thats why I always avoid any of the sodas in my coffee. Because if its not filtered, you can be sure youre drinking sugar water.
