What’s wrong with a diet soda? It’s bad enough you have to have food to drink while on a diet.
The problem with diet soda, is that the makers just don’t want you to know the effects it has on you. So you have to drink a lot of diet soda to “get the hang of it.” A lot of the time I feel like a diet soda is the opposite of a diet soda. I have a hard time saying, “Oh, I really need to have a diet soda after drinking so much diet soda.” It’s just kind of embarrassing.
Diet soda isn’t the problem, the problem is the amount of diet soda we’re drinking. You’re drinking 5-6 cans of diet soda a day, not including diet soda that you drink on your own time. If you want to make sure you keep it under control, it’s best to just drink it on a regular basis.
So what’s the best diet soda to drink? The soda that you drink when youre at your regular job, the diet soda on days youre home from work. I think the best diet soda to drink is the soda that you drink while youre out and about at restaurants, or if youre really hungry, when youre at a restaurant. I know people who drink diet soda all the time. We’re always grabbing a diet soda and feeling guilty for drinking it.
