The food I eat every day is mostly simple and easy to prepare. Sometimes this includes a little effort to prepare something that hasn’t been prepared before, but I have yet to find something that I hate. The fact that I need to cook for myself makes me hungry enough to eat whatever I want whenever I want and not have to be concerned with the next meal that I’ll be cooking.
The fact is that you dont have to cook for yourself. All you really have to do is get a few easy meals that you can keep on hand and youll be good to go. You can cook without even having to think about it, but making a meal from scratch will help you stick to a diet.
Like I said, I have yet to find anything that I hate. I love it when there are no rules to follow, but if you want to be healthy and lose weight, you must take care of yourself. I don’t have any favorites, but I would rather not be hungry than hungry for 2 hours straight.
