The process of eating after tummy tuck is one that causes me a lot of anxiety, as the surgery itself was an ordeal. The biggest anxiety for me, however, was the amount of food I would be eating for the rest of my life. I would be eating everything from my tummy, down to my toes. I was afraid that my body would not be able to absorb all of the food I had eaten and I would have to worry about it all, including the calories.

The process of eating after tummy tuck has a little bit of an upside. On the one hand, it can lead to a weight loss, but on the other hand, you end up eating too much for a while and then need to start over with the new foods again. In the end, I lost 15 pounds. So it may not be the best choice for everybody, but I was able to do it and eat whatever I wanted.

The process is not recommended and is a lot of trial and error for some. Your body can absorb much more than you can eat. Some people claim they can’t put on weight immediately after tummy tuck. Others say they didn’t. I can attest to the fact that it can take time to adjust to the new eating and exercise habits. I did about two weeks total and lost around 7 pounds.

I know it may sound like a no-brainer, but be careful what you eat. I know what I ate, and I can attest to the fact that it did absolutely nothing for my weight loss. I did gain weight back, which is why I had to diet again. But you really can’t eat too much, and you really can’t eat too little. Like I said, the process is not recommended.

It does seem like your body would be in better shape if it didn’t get such a thorough workout. But again, it looks like it’s working, as you’re gaining weight. So don’t feel bad if you don’t lose weight. You can still keep doing it.

Well, I was definitely surprised when I read that diet is the new tummy tuck. I assumed that it would be a thing of the past, but it seems like there are people who are doing it. I’ve heard of quite a few weight loss stories where people lost weight and the best part was that it was without any exercise. I would like to see a doctor check you out on this one.
