You can either go for the quickest and easiest route (cutting calories and eating the same amount of food all the time) or you can go for the most extreme route (cutting out carbs and eating more fats). The problem with most of the “quickest and easiest” diets out there is that it is very easy to just not eat enough.

I actually enjoy going to the gym quite a bit. I don’t mean I like going to the gym to look like a bodybuilder, or to look like a fat woman. What I mean is, I actually find it quite useful to do the same thing each day. I don’t have to sit around and do boring cardio, I don’t have to do too much weight training, and I don’t have to do too much weight loss.

Yes, that’s right. You heard me. I love the idea of going to the gym because it is not about looking like a woman who went to the gym to look like a woman. That’s an oxymoron. When I go to the gym, I do it to feel better, not because I want to look like a bodybuilder.

So, if you want to lose weight and look like a bodybuilder, you have to do a lot of work. A good way to see if it’s really working is to look at the number on your scale. If you look at it and it is decreasing each time you go to the gym, then it’s probably not working. The same goes for a woman who is going through a weight loss phase.

So you need to make sure that you are eating enough calories to sustain you. You can do this by making sure you are eating meals that are lower in fat and more in calories.
