Okay, so we have the occasional beer here and there. And we have the occasional wine with cheese. And we have the occasional pizza, but thats about it. And youre not the only one who has been drinking this.

Ok, but that’s the point. The point is to make sure you get the most out of your diet and not the most out of your health. If youre losing weight, you could put a bit of effort into getting the most out of your diet. But if youre dieting with your body and your diet doesn’t look good, then you might be getting lost.
