So what? I mean, you know, onion is an ingredient in many different things. You can use it as a pasta sauce, or you can fry it up and make onion rice. It’s no different than anything else.

I have a confession to make. I’m not on a keto diet. I mean, if I was on a keto diet I would probably be eating more carbs. But I’m not on a keto diet. Maybe next time I get my period I could join The Keto Diet Society.

This is a diet that I have been on for about three weeks now. It’s been a rough time. The first week was very hard on me, but now I’m feeling much better and I’m pretty sure I can handle it. It really has been helping me lose all of the weight I had been putting on. I just need to do it a lot longer before I feel better.

I agree with the poster above, I did the keto diet a few months ago, and it was a big mistake. I thought it was going to be the best thing to ever happen to me. I ended up eating a lot of junk food and spending way too much time in the kitchen. Now I have to really restrict my eating because I don’t really want to put myself in that state again.
