In fact, as I have previously told people, my dad went to college early on and then quit his job. He probably didn’t even get his degree but I don’t think he did for a very long time. He probably graduated from high school early on and then quit his job.
It’s not just fast food that raises blood sugar. The majority of people on a high sugar diet also have a lot more than just a little bit of sugar in their system. We’re eating a lot more carbs than we used to eat, and this means that our blood sugar is way up, up, up. This is especially the case if our diet is very high in the kinds of fats that raise blood sugar.

When I get home I have to get into bed and start my meal and then when I wake up I have to start the day without having to go to bed. Luckily I’ve got a big bed and I’ve got my keys and so I don’t have to keep myself at bedtime. I figure I get up and walk in the morning and go to bed. It’s like having a bedtime snack. Like it’s really all right.
