If you are going to make a habit of, you should stick to a healthy diet, but if you are a diet junkie, you should stick to a healthy diet.

I like to eat healthy. For me, that means a lot of veggies and fruits. But if I’m not sure what I’m eating is healthy, I might go the easy route and just add fruit to my plate and go hungry.

I am also an average person who likes to eat a lot of protein, but I like to eat a lot of carbs. I’m also a very low carb person, so I like to eat a lot of carbs. So if Im not sure what Im eating is healthy, I might go the easy route.
