A long, long time ago I gave up on this diet. Even though I got rid of a lot of the bile and flushing it away, I just didn’t feel like it was helping me. I guess what I’m trying to say is that I am still trying.

I don’t know why I have posted this, but I figured it was worth sharing. I used to struggle with reflux all the time, and though I had a lot of medical help I still had a couple of episodes a year or so. I think it’s because I was always trying to push the food down my throat to get rid of it. Now I’m not so worried about it, so I’m mostly using it in moderation now.
I have also found that the idea of “treating” reflux with a diet is ridiculous. While it may work for some people, it’s really hard to figure out what it really is, and when it stops working, you have to start all over again. Instead of just giving the food to the stomach, you have to give it to the entire digestive system. I used to think this was a good idea, but for me it just makes reflux worse.
The truth is, food poisoning is serious. When you first eat something that has a toxic effect, it won’t hurt as much, but that initial effect is followed by a much longer period of symptoms. Often, it’s more difficult to recognize the symptoms and it can lead to a delayed diagnosis.
The whole point of the food-soaked diet is that it’s all about the food. People who are supposed to be eating more foods actually have a lot more time to digest them. I have to think of some other diet that has some really good effects. It’s not too much of an exercise plan, but it can help you get used to it.
The food-soaked diet is one of the few ways I’ve found that can actually make me feel better when a cold or flu bug hits.
I found this article on one of my favorite websites, the one that has tons of great info for nutritionists. I got a lot of great info in there about the foods you should eat, about supplements and exercise, and how to get the most out of your diet. I just like to read about other people’s experiences to help me get myself thinking about the foods and supplements I should be eating.
I have found that many people are having problems digesting protein and vegetables. This is one of those things that can be fixed, but it will take a lot of research and a willingness to try something new. In general, the more of a person is eating a particular diet, the more of a person is going to be experiencing the symptoms of that particular diet and the more likely they are to have issues digesting that food.
