While I’m no fan of the plant-based diet category, it’s worth noting that some of the most popular ones out there are also the most difficult to prepare, such as The Ultimate 100 Plant-Based Diets. All of them contain too many ingredients and are too complicated to follow, which, in the end, is why they fail. I’m not saying this to discourage anyone.
It is also worth noting that just because someone is vegan doesn’t mean they are an expert on plant-based diets or even that they’re a good plant-based dieter. In fact, most of these diets are just so complicated that they make it difficult to figure out what you should eat each day and what you should be eating for lunch.
It’s not about “following” these diets. It’s about getting the right kind of nutrition. This is an issue for everyone. Everyone can learn to eat healthy and get all the nutrients they need through exercise, and most everyone can also get enough exercise to lose weight regardless of what they eat. It’s about the quality of your diet not just the quantity.

The problem with weight is that it doesn’t tell you why weight is important. It tells you that you need to lose weight to lose weight. But if you go on a diet, you don’t just lose weight, you also burn a lot of fat. And by that I mean your body is just going to store all of the extra fat. So the best way to lose weight is to burn more calories.

I think this is why I love exercise books. They’re almost always written by women who have had a life-altering first hand experience of the way their bodies work and of how they can change their lives. And I love these books because they’re so real and honest about their lives. And then they’re so funny, because they’re hilarious. And they’re just such a fun read.
