When I was in high school, we had a school health club that we would always have. We got to go to the gym, and we would drink the green tea and just enjoy ourselves. Every summer we would buy the caffeine powder for the green tea and just mix it with water and drink it. We would drink that, and it would kick-start our metabolism.
We all know the problem with caffeine. It’s a stimulant and has a strong influence on your heartbeat. We know that it’s bad for us and that it can increase the risk of heart attack and stroke.
So what’s the solution? Well, a diet with a little more green tea caffeine might just be a good thing. A caffeine-free diet might also be effective, and if you’re looking to avoid caffeine altogether, I highly suggest the no-caffeine diet that I talked about in my book, “Green Tea for Your Health and Your Life”.
A caffeine-free diet is probably the easiest way to go. Just drink a little bit of green tea, and you’ll be good to go. However, there’s a few drawbacks. First, caffeine is a diuretic and your body begins to purify itself. This can lead to dehydration and, of course, a lack of energy. Second, you’ll probably find yourself having more water-drinking sessions throughout the day.
Well, you can drink water more because you don’t need the caffeine to keep you awake, but it can also be easy to get bored with the constant water-drinking sessions. That’s why I highly suggest the no-caffeine diet. That said, there’s no harm in drinking some green tea, especially if you’re into the green tea variety. Just be sure to drink enough to be sure you actually like it.
The caffeine in a green tea is actually the caffeine from the Camellia sinensis plant which is also used in tea and coffee. Camellia sinensis is a tropical plant that grows throughout the southwestern USA and Canada. It is a relative of the tea plant (and thus is probably why people are confused when they see the caffeine in a green tea. It isn’t the actual caffeine from the tea plant.
The reason you see the caffeine in a green tea is because green tea is caffeine-free. The caffeine in a green tea that is made from Camellia sinensis is actually the caffeine from the tea plant. The caffeine in a green tea is actually the caffeine from the tea plant.
In fact, green tea can be a super-effective way to get you to stop drinking coffee. Not only does the caffeine from a green tea make you feel energized, but it also helps prevent you from getting bored. This is because the caffeine in a green tea can help keep you focused on the game and the people around you.
