Another thing I did in my 30 day diet was to eat a lot of fruit and veggies and only water. This is crucial for weight loss, but even more so for dieting. What I mean is, I have to work out all the time just to stay in shape. To this day, I still struggle with weight, but I have gained back about half of the weight I lost when I was just on a healthy diet.
Yes, there is no way to eat so little. It might seem a bit odd to your body to eat more than 15 calories (or less) per day but you just need to eat more than 15 calories. I don’t think you need to eat more than 15 calories to lose weight. If you eat more than 15 calories at a time, you will be eating less and you will gain weight. The other way to lose weight is to eat one or two meals daily.
The only way to lose weight is to eat less. If you eat more than 15 calories, you will gain weight. If you eat 15 to 20 calories, you will lose weight. If you eat more than 20 calories, you will gain weight. And you will not lose weight on a liquid diet because you cant empty all the liquid out of your body all at once.
The recommended way for anyone to lose weight is to eat one to two meals per day. That’s it.
At the risk of sounding too scientific, I think its safe to say that if you are trying to lose weight you should eat a lot less. That’s not to say that you should do this all at once, because you can get hungry while you’re eating. In fact, you’d be surprised how much you can eat in 30 days without gaining weight.
But we all know that losing weight is easier said than done. There are so many variables in the equation. So it’s best to stick to a regimented plan that we will outline for you in our 30 day Liquid Diet plan. I know I don’t need to tell you that if you are trying to lose weight you dont need to eat so much. In fact, your body will adjust to the amount of food you put into it.
