For the past year, I’ve been doing a 3-day diet before my 3-hour glucose test. This 3-day diet is designed to get your blood chemistry to the point of being as normal as you can without having to worry about having to be “right” when trying to eat healthy.

You can use all the ingredients on this list to get your 3-day diet, and then proceed with the other three. The main goal is to get your 3-day diet for 3 more days, so I will start with the 3-day diet for 3 days.

You can do it all from home at the same time. For example, if you want to have a few healthy foods and snacks for lunch, you can go to the fridge and get your 3-day diet, and then start with it for 3 days. Once you’ve done all the work on this list, you can then go to the lab and test it out for yourself.
